Professional Experience
Sherry Shults serves as Construction Services Coordinator for Stream Dallas’ Construction Management & Development team. She plays a key role in the successful execution of office and industrial projects by coordinating contracts, managing critical project documentation, and supporting communication across all stakeholders. Sherry works closely with property managers, contractors, and vendors, and serves as a vital connection point between Stream’s internal accounting and property management teams.
Before joining Stream, Sherry worked with Chicago-based Moran & Company, a top ten nationally ranked multifamily brokerage firm. She supported her team in achieving sales of more than $5 billion. Her responsibilities spanned many facets of the multifamily investment sales process, including marketing, due diligence, and client relations. Additionally, she led regional and national public relations initiatives. A few of Moran & Company’s frequent clients included Alliance Residential, Avalon Bay, Camden Property Trust, Equity Residential, Fairfield Residential, Greystar, Invesco, JPMorgan, PGIM Real Estate, and UBS Realty Investors.
