Steve Medwin

Steve Medwin, SIOR, CCIM, serves as a Managing Director & Executive Vice President for Stream’s South Florida region. With over 30 years of experience, Steve has completed more than 1,000 real estate transactions across 25 states, covering tens of millions of square feet, and totaling more than $2 billion in value.

Prior to joining Stream, Steve co-led Newmarks Industrial Services Division for South Florida, building a reputation for delivering innovative and strategic solutions for institutional owners, investors, and occupiers. His expertise encompasses landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, land transactions, corporate build-to-suits, and speculative development.

Steve’s previous leadership roles spanned JLL and Lincoln Property Company, where he drove growth, managed teams, and executed high-profile deals.
