Professional Experience

Steve Riordan is a Senior Director with the Construction Management and Industrial Development Services divisions in Stream’s Dallas office. In this dual role, Steve leads the Dallas Construction Management team on commercial interior finish-out projects and is also responsible for industrial development oversight in Dallas–Fort Worth. His focus includes due diligence, entitlement coordination, budgeting, scheduling, design management, and construction oversight.

Prior to joining Stream in 2013, Steve worked in various construction project management roles, gaining experience in preconstruction, supervision, and project delivery. With more than 17 years of industry experience, Steve has managed and delivered a wide range of projects across multiple asset types.
