Professional Experience
Stewart Lyman joined Stream Realty Partners in January 2023 as a Managing Director of Nashville’s Office Division. Specializing in office landlord representation, he brings more than 15 years of experience to Stream, where he is responsible for sourcing office leasing business, developing marketing and leasing strategies, and expanding the firm’s office division in the Nashville market.
Stewart started his real estate career in Stream’s Houston office and spent nearly nine years there. After relocating to Nashville, he joined Cushman & Wakefield for seven years, starting as a Director and ascending to Managing Director. Recognized as one of the city’s top office leasing brokers, he has completed $1.6 billion in lease transactions totaling more than 6 million square feet working on behalf of many top institutional investors.
When not working, Stewart enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his wife and kids.
