Professional Experience
Stewart Lyman serves as Managing Director of Stream Nashville’s Office Division, which he joined in early 2023. Specializing in office landlord representation, Stewart brings more than 18 years of experience in leasing, marketing, and strategic asset positioning. He is responsible for sourcing and executing office leasing assignments, developing tailored marketing strategies, and leading the growth of Stream Nashville’s office platform.
Stewart began his real estate career with Stream’s Houston office, where he spent nearly nine years before relocating to Nashville. He joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Director and was later promoted to Managing Director. Throughout his career, Stewart has been recognized as one of Nashville’s leading office leasing brokers, completing more than $1.9 billion in transactions totaling over 6 million square feet on behalf of top institutional owners and developers.
