Professional Experience
Tatum joined Stream in 2022 as an intern and currently serves as an Analyst for both the Office and Industrial Development teams in Dallas. In her role, Tatum provides support for the team by assisting with underwriting, financial analysis and market research in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Denver, Chicago and East Coast markets.
Tatum graduated from Texas Christian University in 2023, where she earned a BBA in Finance and was involved in raising funds and working with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and held leadership positions in several campus activities. While attending TCU, Tatum interned with several non-profit organizations and with the Stream Fort-Worth Leasing and Tenant Representation teams. Tatum’s curiosity, positive attitude, and consistent work ethic are proving to be valuable assets to Stream.
