Professional Experience
Taylor Posey joined Stream as an Analyst in 2024, bringing a strong analytical background to support the firm’s industrial team with leasing, sales, and market research. Now serving as an Associate on the San Antonio industrial and land team, Taylor specializes in project leasing, tenant representation, sales, and market analysis, providing strategic insights into trends shaping the San Antonio industrial market. He currently leases more than 1.1 million square feet of industrial and office flex space for a diverse portfolio of institutional and local clients, including AREA Real Estate and DRA Advisors.
Prior to joining Stream, Taylor gained valuable experience as an intern with Endura Advisory Group in 2022 and with Stream in 2023. He played football and attended the U.S. Air Force Academy for two years before transferring to Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and a Master of Science in Finance.
