Professional Experience
Tiffany Marano joined Stream Realty Partners in May 2022 as Managing Director of Property Management for Dallas and Fort Worth. In this role, she is responsible for over 70 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail product for various owners including institutional investors, private individuals, and value-add operators. Along with managing client relationships and assisting in the strategic goals for the assets under management, Tiffany’s responsibilities include the oversight and management of over 170 real estate professionals. Her primary focus is to ensure the group provides clients and tenants with superior customer service throughout every phase of the property management assignment. This includes timely and accurate reporting, adaptability to client-specific needs, and implementing a thoughtful and strategic approach to property transitions ensuring customer service is a priority.
Tiffany has a diverse background in real estate, working with all product types for institutional and non-institutional clients. She previously served as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield in Southern California, where for over six years she led teams and ran portfolios spanning from San Diego, Orange County, Inland Empire and Los Angeles. Tiffany began her career at Panattoni Development before supporting the transition to third party property management in 2008, when she transitioned to CBRE. During her eight years at CBRE, she expanded her portfolio and led large teams across all asset classes.
Tiffany graduated from Vanguard University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Organizational Management.
