Professional Experience
Tom Botas serves as a Senior Property Manager of industrial properties in the Houston area. His immediate portfolio includes 1.7M square feet, of which he manages the day-to-day operations. He also oversees an additional 5.1M square feet.
Approaching almost two decades of experience as a commercial property manager working for various sized real estate companies, Tom’s responsibilities include client, tenant, and vendor relations, problem-solving, account and collections management, budgeting/financial analysis, and lease administration.
In the years before commercial real estate, Tom was employed in a wide variety of industries, ranging from working in minor and major league baseball to owning and managing a large retail store, to working for a dot com in the late nineties. As a byproduct of having foreign-born parents, he grew up speaking Spanish as well.
Tom is married to a wonderful wife, Julie, with whom he has four boys. He has enjoyed coaching Little League and Select baseball for many years and is active in CrossFit.
