Tom Boyer is a Senior Director of Project Management in Stream’s Dallas/Fort Worth market. With more than 21 years of industry experience—with 11 of them as a general contractor—Tom brings extensive expertise building high-end office projects.
Prior to joining Stream in 2025, Tom served as a Senior Project Manager at CBRE in Dallas for more than nine years, where he managed a staff of 20+ property managers. Previous to that, he worked as a General Contrator/Preconstruction Project Manager at Rand for 11 years.
