Professional Experience
Tom Coughlin joined Stream in August 2022 as a Vice President of Property Management in Phoenix. He is responsible for delivering best-in-class property management services by building relationships, delivering on promises, and creating distinctive customer experiences. Tom manages trophy-class assets and provides mentorship for colleagues at properties including Airport I-10 Business Park.
Prior to joining Stream, Tom worked for Everest Holdings, where he served as a Vice President of Property Management. He has held previous roles at CBRE, Dolphin Partners Inc., and Lincoln Property Company. Throughout his career, Tom’s experience includes business accounting and developing tenant relationships.
