Tronell Louis

Tronell joined Stream Realty Partners in 2012 and is the Director of Building Operations for Stream Austin. He leads all new asset transitions across the market, including training new technicians, setting up each property in Stream’s asset work order and preventative maintenance system (Impak), and completing annual operations audits for building technician teams across all product types (office, industrial, and retail). In addition to his leadership and transition roles, Tronell oversees all Stream Austin mobile engineering technicians across 12.4 MSF. He has 25 years of experience in commercial building maintenance, with 14 years of management experience.
