Professional Experience
Tyler Herman is a Vice President with the Office and Industrial Tenant Representation division in Stream’s Denver office. In this role, Tyler advises tenants, buyers, and sellers, leveraging his deep market knowledge and expertise in negotiation to deliver tailored real estate solutions. His focus includes lease negotiations, client advisory, and strategic relocations.
Prior to joining Stream, Tyler was a Vice President at Hughes Marino, where he represented occupiers across a range of office and industrial transactions. Earlier in his career, he served more than 15 years in public service as a United States Marine, supporting Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, and later worked in law enforcement. He also consulted on Department of Defense and DARPA initiatives through a third-party firm and served as Vice President and board member of the Crisis Intervention Teams Association of Colorado.
