Professional Experience
William Carpenter serves as Vice President for Stream’s Industrial division in the Houston, Texas office. In this role, William is responsible for project leasing, tenant representation, and acquisition/disposition services while working alongside the industrial team with other various production and service-related assignments.
William worked in a similar production role with Boyd Commercial, LLC for three years prior to joining Stream in 2020. With six years of commercial real estate experience, William has closed more than 450 industrial and flex property type transactions exceeding 7.5 million square feet throughout Houston’s MSA.
William attended The University of Mississippi, where he received his undergraduate degree in Managerial Finance and Real Estate.
