Yolanda Flores

Yolanda Flores joined Stream in 2021 as Vice President of Property Management in San Antonio. In this role, she is responsible for the day-to-day implementation and administration of all policies, procedures, and programs that ensures the properties are professionally managed and to provide excellent customer service to the companies occupying the properties in San Antonio.

With her she brings over 25 years of property management experience in office, retail, medical and industrial properties. Throughout her career, Yolanda has managed more than 3 million square feet of high-rise office space in San Antonio and Midland, Texas. She also has experience with multiple retail, industrial and special use properties and has served clients such as UBS Realty Investors, JP Morgan Chase, Buchan Street Partners, Frost National Bank Trustee, EOG Resources, Inc., ING Realty, USAA Corporate Realty and US Bank Corporate Realty.

Prior to joining Stream Realty Partners, Yolanda has served as a Senior Property Manager where she oversaw the daily operations of the of various portfolios to include SWBC, EOG Resources and Tesoro Headquarters. Yolanda’s portfolios included both San Antonio and Midland, Texas properties. In an interim role, she served as Director of Property Management where she oversaw all aspects of property management to include, amongst other things, employee supervision, mentoring, human resource related issues, direct client interaction, and new business procurement.
