Professional Experience
Zachary Powers serves as Vice President and Head of Construction Management for Stream’s Atlanta office. His career path led him from hands-on construction to ownership representation, where he completed Class A interior office build-outs and ground-up developments. He later joined a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in tenant representation, where he focused on managing construction and development projects for end users.
With experience across multiple facets of the industry—contractor, landlord, and tenant-focused project management—he brings a unique and practical perspective to the construction process, enabling him to navigate roadblocks, anticipate challenges, and deliver thoughtful, solutions-oriented strategies tailored to each project.
