Grand Prairie Industrial Park Sold to Chicago-Based Investor

A Chicago investor has purchased a 2-building industrial park in Grand Prairie.

LaSalle Investment Management bought the fully-leased RiverPoint Commerce Center located in the 3000 block of Roy Orr Boulevard in the Great Southwest Industrial District.

Stream Realty in partnership with J.P. Morgan Asset Management built the 602,958 square foot office-warehouse development.

CBRE’s Jack Fraker, Josh McArtor and Ryan Thornton brokered the sale with Cannon Green and Sarah Ozanne with Stream Realty.

The two industrial buildings on 42 acres were completed in 2014.

LaSalle a subsidiary of commercial real estate service firm JLL, with about $55.3 billion of assets under management.
