Liberty Property Trust lands first office tenant in Legacy at Fallbrook development

Stewart Title has signed up for space in the Legacy at Fallbrook, Liberty Property Trust’s first office project in Houston.

The real estate services company will occupy 30,948 square feet in the five-story building, which totals 208,000 square feet. The building is under construction in northwest Houston at 10720 W. Sam Houston Parkway North.

“As part of a master-planned site, with two more buildings and a total of more than 600,000 square feet, Legacy at Fallbrook sets a new standard for premier office space in this area,” Jay Kraft, vice president and city manager at Liberty Property Trust, said in an announcement.

The building, which sits on a 20-acre site along Beltway 8 at Fallbrook Drive, is slated for completion in January. About 175,000 square feet remains available for lease.

Adam Jackson and Stewart Lyman of Stream Realty Partners represented Liberty Property Trust. Robert LaCoure and Drew Lewis of Griffin Partners represented the tenant.
