Professional Experience
As Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Dan Harris leads Stream Realty Partners’ office tenant representation practice in Dallas. Known for navigating complex, impactful assignments, Dan advises clients on relocations, dispositions, and lease restructures with a focus on aligning real estate strategy with business vision.
Deeply committed to the community, Dan has spent over a decade as a leader in the Dallas Intergroup Association, supporting incarcerated men recovering from addiction. He and his wife, Jenny, also served as co-presidents of the Genesis Women’s Shelter Young Leaders group.
Before joining Stream, Dan was a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield and began his real estate career at the Staubach Company.
