Dynamic. Influential. Recognizable. Those adjectives – and many more – describe the people recognized in D CEO’s 2022 edition of the Dallas 500 that has just been released. Stream Realty Partners’ President Chris Jackson and Vice Chairman Randy Cooper are among the business, civic, and nonprofit leaders highlighted in the annual publication.

Jackson originally debuted on the list in 2020, making this his third appearance. He’s been at Stream since 2003.  He continues to grow the commercial real estate firm, which added offices in Northern Virginia, Nashville, and Phoenix in 2021. The company also has put a strong emphasis on growing its industrial footprint across the country – especially in the Greater Los Angeles area. “It’s our time to shine,” he says in the publication.

Cooper has been in every edition of the Dallas 500 since its inception in 2016 – but joined Stream in 2020. He’s among the 301 other leaders making a return. He continues to be recognized as one of the dominant and highest-producing brokerage professionals in the Dallas market and believes “we will see two or three huge corporate relocations or workforce aggregations” in 2022. “They are coming, and we need to be ready,” he notes.

Stream is honored to be one of 420 North Texas companies and organizations mentioned on this annual list.
