SAN ANTONIO – August 13, 2025 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces that Project Cowork, a San Antonio-based coworking solution, has signed a 19,060-square-foot lease at 200 Main Plaza, a recently restored historic building in Downtown San Antonio. This is the largest new lease signed downtown in a year.
Project Cowork will bring its flexible workspaces to its fourth location in San Antonio, on floors two through four. The offices will be geared towards attorneys, with conference rooms, training rooms, and private offices available to rent for members.

The ground floor of the building has 6,673 RSF of retail or office space available for lease. The first-floor space has private ingress/egress from Kallison Walk, steps from the Kallison Love Lock Walk Bridge. Additionally, the building is located along the San Antonio River Walk and adjacent to the Bexar County Courthouse.
200 Main Plaza was originally built in 1915. It has served as a health department, city jail, and police station. In 1962, it was renovated into the Legal Professional Building. In 2023, the building was restored and renovated to bring modern comfort and finishes to the interior while retaining the historic character of the outside.
