Professional Experience
Talaya joined Stream Realty Partners in 2023 as an Analyst assisting the San Antonio office team. Her primary responsibilities include supporting all leasing activity, assisting with landlord and tenant representation lease transactions, market research, and analyzing trends in the San Antonio office market.
Prior to joining Stream, Talaya graduated from Texas A&M University with a Communications Major and a Pre-Law minor. Through a real estate internship with Compass Brokerage in Austin, Texas, in 2021, she realized her desire to pursue a brokerage career as it would allow her to utilize her niche of networking and sales ability.
In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with CC4C, a 501c3 charity her family founded in 2012, which supports children throughout Texas with rare or undiagnosed conditions.
