WASHINGTON, D.C. – September 15, 2023 – A local property management industry veteran has chosen Stream Realty Partners as her new home.
Suzanne D. Pyles will serve as Director of Property Management for Stream, the national real estate firm that offers an integrated platform of services. She will work alongside Regional Managing Director Dorothy Hamilton, and will be focused on client relationships and business development initiatives with an emphasis on growing Stream’s property management platform in the D.C. Metro region.
Pyles joins Stream after spending three decades with Washington, D.C.-based Stoladi Property Group, where she spent the last eight years as Vice President of Marketing and Communications. She was instrumental in growing the company’s portfolio from 1.5 million to 4 million square feet in the region.

During her tenure at Stoladi, Pyles acquired extensive industry experience in property acquisitions and dispositions, as well as property management of commercial, residential, retail and condominium properties for clients in the metropolitan D.C. area and Miami, Florida. Pyles brings with her a wealth of knowledge, experience, and connections cultivated over that time.

Pyles’ professional journey exemplifies perseverance and determination as she steadily progressed through various roles. She began as an Administrative Assistant before transitioning into property management. With her exceptional performance, she was promoted to Senior Property Manager. Building on her success, she spearheaded the establishment of the Lease Administration department as the Director of Lease Administration. Subsequently, she assumed the role of Vice President of Asset Management, and worked to expand the company’s reach to Miami, Florida. For the past decade, she has served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Stoladi, responsible for their strategic growth.
Pyles is active with CREW DC, NAIOP Northern Virginia, and USGBC, among other industry groups, and she is the founder of ALX Leads Group, which brings together people across industries that serve associations. She was also a founding member of the Board of Directors for Alice’s Kids, a local non-profit charity.
