DENVER (May 13, 2020) – Stream Realty Partners (Stream) announced today that the Denver Business Journal (DBJ) ranked the industrial team of Peter Beugg, Tyler Reed, and Dominic DiOrio as top ten metro-area sales brokers for first quarter 2020. The team represented the buyer or seller in four industrial sales totaling $72 million dollars across the Denver Metro. The transactions include:

- 6819 & 6829 South Dawson Circle (Centennial, CO): an 18,000-square-foot building on 2.88 acres for $2,975,000. Stream represented the buyer, American Striping.
“We are thankful to our clients who continue to entrust us with their business,” said Peter Beugg, Managing Director of Industrial. “The first quarter has undoubtedly ended differently than it started. However, the industrial sales activity was indicative of a healthy Metro Denver market at the start of 2020, with both small business owner/users and large institutions making significant investment in the southeast and central submarkets. Couple this with 40 consecutive quarters of positive absorption and Denver should be well poised to withstand the impacts of Covid-19.”
The DBJ Quarterly’s ranking was determined by volume of sales activity in first quarter 2020. The list highlights some of Denver’s eminent sales brokers.
