MIAMI – July 1, 2025 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces that Adam Bernstein has joined as Executive Vice President in its Miami office.
Bernstein brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience to Stream, with a sole focus on tenant representation. In his new role, he will work alongside Greg Katz, Shay Pope, Jason Warren, and Carlyle Coffin to grow the firm’s tenant representation platform. The 10-plus-member team, based in Miami, specializes in helping its clients identify and execute strategic, finance-based real estate solutions on a national basis.

Before joining Stream, Bernstein spent six years as a Managing Director at JLL’s Miami office, providing advisory services to office tenants across a multitude of industries. He developed a reputation for his hands-on, straightforward approach, consistently delivering practical and effective solutions tailored to his clients’ unique needs. Prior to JLL, Bernstein began his career in tenant representation at Savills in New York City, where he honed his skills navigating complex transactions.
