WASHINGTON, D.C. (April 23, 2020) – Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a national real estate services, development, and investment company, announced today the hiring of Andy Eichberg as Executive Vice President and Josh Kreider as Senior Vice President within Stream’s Washington D.C. office.
With nearly 25 years of experience in the D.C. commercial real estate industry, Andy oversees Stream’s regional brokerage platform, providing senior leadership across the business lines and executing various principal and service-related assignments. Andy previously served as Managing Director for Tishman Speyer where he led the leasing and marketing efforts for Tishman Speyer’s 4.0 million-square-foot D.C. portfolio. Andy’s career has been dedicated to leasing, acquisition and asset management of institutional-grade office buildings.
Josh joins Stream from Cushman & Wakefield where he brings roughly 16 years of experience on a wide range of transactional assignments, spanning agency leasing, tenant advisory, large lease disposition, GSA procurement, investment sale and mixed-use. Since 2015, he has secured over 1.0 million square feet of leases for owner clients, including anchor leases for two of the most high-profile developments on Pennsylvania Avenue. In his role at Stream, Josh will focus on sourcing and servicing strategic assignments on the office leasing team, while cultivating investment opportunities.
