With over 20 years of extensive experience in property management and client services, Skelly will lead the office’s property management team and play an integral role in growing new business through exceptional customer service.

Skelly previous served as Vice President at Liberty Property Trust (Liberty), where for ten years, he led and supported high-performance properties and teams in multiple markets across the U.S., including Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, Phoenix, Southern California and others. He was instrumental in the strategic repositioning of Liberty’s national portfolio of assets totaling 100 million square feet, leading to a highly successful sale of the company in early 2020 to Prologis. Prior to Liberty, he was the Senior Property Manager for Donohoe Real Estate Services, a full-service commercial real estate firm in Washington D.C. where he worked on-site of several high-profile assets, including the National Guard Memorial Building and 4000 Wisconsin Avenue.
