The property has continued strong momentum from late 2025 into the first quarter of 2026, driven by continued demand for high-quality, amenitized office space.
Most recently, a Houston-based construction firm leased 23,488 square feet at Towers at Westchase II. The tenant was represented by Bryant Lach and David Endelman of JLL. Additional leasing activity includes International Trip Planning Services (ITPS), which leased 16,900 square feet at Towers at Westchase II with representation by Travis Taylor of Lee & Associates, and Network Funding, which leased 12,750 square feet at Towers at Westchase I. Network Funding was also represented by Bryant Lach. Stream’s Vice President Matthew Seliger and Senior Associate Parker Noble oversee the leasing efforts on behalf of the landlord, Franklin Street Properties.
