Liam Stagg to Drive Strategic Opportunities for the Construction Management Division of Central Texas
Stream Realty Partners, a full-service national real estate investment, development and services company,is proud to announce the addition of Liam Stagg as senior construction manager of the construction management division. Initially, Stagg will help support the interior finish-outs, capital repairs, as well as exterior modifications and remodels for the Stream San Antonio market. He will report to Brad Libsock, director of property and construction management.

Stagg will also be responsible for strategic planning and coordination of the division, as well as leading a team of consultants, architects and engineers through the construction process. Prior to joining Stream, Stagg coordinated construction projects such as tenant improvements, new facilities and capital projects at existing buildings for LJS Project Management and Consulting, LLC, REOC Development, LLC, RehlerVaughn & Koone, Inc., and Morton Homes, Inc. Stagg began a bachelor’s degree in construction management and holds an associate degree in built environment technology from the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia.
Stream’s property management division currently leases and manages more than 120 million square feet of commercial real estate across the platform.The property management teams collectively have substantial experience in transitioning and operating commercial real estate in a best in class manner.
