SAN ANTONIO, TX – August 6, 2025 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, has broken ground on 211 Crossing, a Class A office park located at 957-997 Highway 211 in Far West San Antonio. The six-building development will deliver much-needed medical and professional office space to one of the city’s fastest-growing corridors and is expected to be completed by April 2026.
Owned, developed, leased, and construction managed by Stream, 211 Crossing marks a significant investment in the rapidly evolving Highway 211 and Potranco Road area. The expansion of Highway 211 has accelerated transformation in the submarket, which is expected to grow more than 5.2 times faster than the projected growth rate of San Antonio overall. The area continues to attract new residents thanks to its strong school district, ample new housing, and a growing lineup of nearby retail.

The first phase of 211 Crossing will deliver six office buildings totaling approximately 35,000 square feet, with sizes ranging from 5,000 to 6,500 square feet. Each building will offer ample parking, monument signage along Potranco Road, and modern design suited for both traditional office and healthcare-related uses. Building Four will include two move-in-ready spec suites, one tailored for office users and one designed for medical professionals.
In addition to the office component, the site will feature three pad sites for fee simple purchase, ground lease, or build-to-suit opportunities. One of the pad sites is already under contract.
Allan Young, along with Vice Presidents Harry Adams and Kenneth Hartmann, is overseeing the leasing and development efforts. Chesney Morales Partners is the project architect, and RC Page is the general contractor.
Stream will also oversee the property management at 211 Crossing, continuing to offer a seamless and integrated approach to ownership, development, leasing, and operations.
