Altieri, a veteran in the commercial real estate industry with over two decades of expertise in industrial sales, leasing, and investments, will work alongside Gary Godsey, Executive Managing Director of Stream’s Tampa office, and Jordan Fogler, Executive Vice President. Together, they aim to expand Stream’s industrial footprint across Florida while delivering outstanding client results in one of the state’s most active markets.

Altieri comes to Stream from JLL, where he served as Senior Vice President, focusing on industrial sales and leasing in the Pinellas County market. Over the course of his career, he has completed nearly $800 million in transactions, spanning almost 20 million square feet. His achievements include some of the most significant deals in Florida’s industrial market, such as the largest industrial leasing assignment in Pinellas County history—a 1.7-million-square-foot portfolio in the Gateway submarket.
