Professional Experience
Jordan Fogler is an Executive Vice President in Stream’s Tampa office, where his expertise lies in crafting tailored real estate solutions to propel clients towards their financial and operational goals. In this role, Jordan works alongside Executive Managing Director Gary Godsey to lead the Tampa office as well as address the specific requirements of businesses seeking enhanced efficiency in both cost management and spatial utilization.
Experience Highlights
Prior to Stream, Jordan served as an Executive Vice President at JLL where he worked to transform clients’ real estate footprints in order to streamline operations, ultimately allowing them to deliver on their primary business objectives. Before JLL, Jordan served in the U.S. Navy for nearly eight years. He deployed five times as a Naval Flight Officer on board the Navy’s EP-3E aircraft supporting operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and South America and held a top-secret clearance during his time in the Navy. Jordan leverages his experiences in naval aviation to gain a unique perspective towards problem solving.
