TYSONS, VA – March 6, 2024 – Stream Realty Partners has recruited a seasoned three-broker industrial team with nearly seven decades of combined commercial real estate experience to continue its build of a best-in-class operation in Northern Virginia.
Joining Stream, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, are Managing Director Caulley Deringer, Executive Vice President Steve Cloud, and Vice President Andrew Hassett. They will work alongside Executive Managing Director Kyle Luby to launch the firm’s Industrial Services platform in the region while amplifying the brand’s presence in the Northern Virginia market.
