Stream Realty Partners’ Phoenix Team Lands Leasing Assignment For Creative Office Campus In Camelback Corridor

A creative office campus designed to transform how tenants work in Phoenix’s Camelback Corridor now has a new leasing team.

Bain Capital Real Estate and Regent Properties have chosen Stream Realty Partners Vice Presidents Nick Bialkowski and A. Stirling Pascal to serve as leasing agents for Elevate 24 at 4722 and 4742 N. 24th St. Stream is a national real estate services, development, and investment firm with a growing office in Phoenix.
