A. Stirling Pascal

Stirling Pascal started at Stream Realty Partners in May 2022 as a Vice President of Office Leasing. He is responsible for helping to expand the company’s presence in the Phoenix region by sourcing, winning, and executing business across all service lines, including leasing, acquisition, tenant representation, and development opportunities.

Prior to joining Stream, Stirling was with Lee & Associates, where he completed over 70 transactions totaling more than $100 million in gross consideration. He is credited with meeting the prelease requirements for SkySong 5, the newest building on the ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center campus, so it could break ground. He also represented the prominent law firm Gammage & Burnham, PLC when it signed 24,000 square feet in the Renaissance Two building.
