Located in the heart of Buckhead, Piedmont Center is a 46-acre, 14-building office campus totaling 2.2 million square feet.
CP Group acquired Piedmont Center in June 2025 and has launched a comprehensive repositioning strategy to transform the property into a hospitality-driven campus. This acquisition underscores CP Group’s long-term investment in the region and commitment to enhancing the tenant experience. A master planning and capital improvement program is underway, to include reimagined lobbies, modernized conferencing and fitness facilities, revitalized outdoor areas and common spaces, high-end move-in-ready spec suites, and the addition of curated food and beverage concepts designed to elevate the tenant experience and appeal to the surrounding community.
