Preston Menning

Preston Menning joined Stream in June 2022 as a Managing Director, bringing over 20 years of office leasing experience. Preston is a highly experienced broker with a proven track record of success in the industry. Over the past five years, Preston has generated over $200 million in office leasing transactions. He has finished in the Top 10 for the Office – Landlord Representation twice in the past four years (2019 and 2022) and is a Phoenix Award recipient. He specializes in in-town office agency leasing representing private and institutional ownerships on over four million square feet of Class A office that include mixed-use projects and ground-up development. His project leasing services include lease negotiations, financial analysis, and marketing strategies. In addition, Preston provides real-time market intelligence through his broker relationships and an understanding of the competition to allow clients to accurately position their assets within the marketplace.

Prior to joining Stream, Preston worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as a Senior Director for five years. Prior to that, Preston worked with Cassidy Turley and Carter & Associates. His passion, experience, attention to detail, and deep industry knowledge have provided his clients with valuable insights to achieve their goals.
