Stream Realty Partners has joined forces with an Atlanta-based green building and construction management firm to accelerate its service platform for clients with targeted sustainability and energy goals.

Stream’s National Program Management team will work with The Dragon Group to deliver real-value solutions that will help its clients green their supply chain, create high-performance environments, and improve their employees’ well-being. The partnership allows Stream, a national real estate services, development, and investment firm, to strengthen its ESG commitment toward developing sustainable practices that positively influence its people, clients, and the communities it serves.

The Dragon Group, founded by Managing Partners Randall and Yvonne Dragon, provides ESG strategies, sustainability consulting, and project management for occupiers and owners to ensure their real estate assets are as sustainable as possible. Their services focus on the end user to ensure maximum building and occupier performance.

“This strategic partnership with The Dragon Group allows us to help our clients evaluate their energy options and clearly define solutions to achieve their sustainability goals,” said Joe Iatauro, Executive Managing Director for Stream’s National Program Management Services. “As the commercial real estate industry moves ESG to the top of its priority list, it was important to find a partner that can provide subject-matter expertise and scale to round out our already robust offerings. The Dragon Group’s innovative services do just that.”

Stream and The Dragon Group have already begun work in Auburn Hills, Michigan, offering sustainability efficiencies to a leading global technology company known for its electrification, robotics, automation, and motion portfolio. The service includes analyzing a sustainability assessment and creating a net-zero roadmap for that location.

“Working with Stream’s National Program Management team has been an incredible experience already,” Randall Dragon said. “Stream’s breadth and depth of commercial real estate knowledge combined with our deep understanding of clean energy solutions will ultimately be a victory for our clients and our planet. We want to ensure we are leading by example, developing strategies centered around achieving high-performance building design and operations not just in our hometown but nationwide.”

Prior to partnering with Stream, The Dragon Group worked on more than 40 green building projects spanning more than three million square feet. Among the firm’s successes were leading Sustainability Master Planning, LEED, and Parksmart certifications for Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport’s more than 1.5 million square feet.

Stream’s National Program Management platform helps owners, occupiers, and end users redefine their geographic footprint, integrate new technologies, and embrace sustainability to reduce environmental impacts. The team specializes in cold storage, food processing, manufacturing, life sciences, and hazardous materials.
