Professional Experience
Andrew Hassett serves as a Vice President in Stream’s Northern Virginia office. In this role, he provides tenant and landlord representation services for clients throughout the Washington metro area, with a specialization in industrial properties.
Prior to joining Stream, Andrew was a Vice President at Transwestern for eight-and-a-half years, where he leased a diverse portfolio of more than 4.5 million square feet. In 2023, Andrew was involved in over 120 deals totalling 1.3 million square feet. Previous to joining Transwestern in 2015, Andrew worked for the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) in Arlington, Virginia, as a business development specialist for CEB’s Large Enterprise Technology practice, where he managed the Midwest territory.
