Bernice has over 15 years of property management experience and is a Property Manager for Stream Realty’s Houston Retail and Industrial divisions consisting of approximately 2.5 million square feet.
Prior to joining Stream Realty, Bernice was a legal assistant in the real estate industry for over 15 years. She worked as an Assistant Property Manager with AmREIT for 10 years where she assisted in managing over 2 million square feet of day-to-day operations.
