Professional Experience
Bridgid Thorburn is a Senior Property Manager in Stream’s Austin location. In her role, Bridgid is responsible for financial reporting and budgeting, building tenant and vendor relationships, and coordinating property/ownership teams for marketing, construction, and building operations. She oversees more than 2 million square feet of industrial space in the Central Texas region. Bridgid has experience with office and industrial properties and brings over ten years of commercial real estate experience to Stream.
Bridgid joined Stream in November 2018 as a Property Administrator in Houston before transferring to Austin in September 2020 and ascending to Property Manager. Prior to Stream, Bridgid was a Real Estate Services Coordinator at CBRE, where she started her commercial real estate career after graduating from the University of Houston. She holds a Texas real estate license.
In her free time, Bridgid enjoys being outdoors, paddleboarding, running, hiking, and camping.
