Chris Beall joined Stream Phoenix in 2023 as a Vice President, specializing in the representation of office properties. He is deeply committed to matching local business office needs with leasing opportunities offered by landlords, driving value for landlords and tenants alike through detailed market research and comprehensive analysis.

Prior to joining Stream, Chris worked as a Senior Associate with JLL and an Associate Business Analyst with CBRE. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Arizona State University and is an active member of NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
