Grant Wisenbaker serves as a Senior Associate for the firm’s industrial division in Houston. His primary responsibilities include industrial tenant representation, project leasing, land, development, acquisitions, and investment sales.
Before joining Stream, Grant was an Associate for Caldwell Companies in The Woodlands, TX for two and a half years. During his tenure, Grant was able to complete over $10,000,000 in transaction volume.
Grant received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Energy Management from the University of Tulsa.
