Professional Experience
Hunter Alexander started at Stream Realty Partners in February 2023 as a Senior Vice President of Tenant Representation in Austin. He is responsible for tenant representation, transaction management, and new client and business pursuits. Hunter focuses on providing comprehensive, multi-disciplinary real estate advisory services such as strategic planning, workplace strategy, financial analysis, and lease negotiations to businesses and institutions.
Before joining Stream, Hunter served as a Tenant Representation Brokerage Advisor at Endeavor Real Estate Group in Austin. Prior to moving to Austin, he has also worked with Cresa in St. Louis, Missouri, and is credited with helping St. Louis City SC execute the acquisition of the Major League Soccer team’s headquarters.
Hunter began his career in medical equipment sales, working his way from a Territory Sales Representative to Sales Manager of North American accounts for Medical Positioning Inc. in Kansas City, Missouri.
In his free time, Hunter enjoys golfing, hunting waterfowl, attending sporting events, and spending time with his family.
