Jeff Ellerman serves as Executive Vice Chairman in Stream’s Dallas office, where he specializes in office tenant representation, headquarters relocations, and financial strategic consulting in the DFW metroplex and beyond. With a deep understanding of complex real estate negotiations, Jeff is a trusted advisor to corporate clients navigating dynamic real estate decisions.
Before joining Stream, Jeff served as Vice Chairman at CBRE. With over 41 years of industry experience, he has successfully negotiated more than 60 million square feet of office transactions valued at over $40 billion throughout his distinguished career. Since 2020, he has negotiated over 100 transactions in excess of 100,000 square feet in the DFW market.
