Lisa Metz is a Vice President – Property Management with the Property Management division in Stream’s Chicago market. With more than 20 years proven success increasing value for a combined 6.8 million square feet of commercial office properties in the Chicago Central Business District, Lisa’s role with Stream continues this successful path while delivering consistent, admirable management and financial aptitude exceeding the client and tenant expectations at one of Stream’s most prominent awarded management assignment — 155 North Wacker Drive, an iconic 1.2 million square foot, Class A property in Chicago’s West Loop.

Prior to joining Stream, Lisa worked as a Senior General Manager/Vice President for JLL and a Senior Property Manager for Manulife Investment Management and EQ Office, leading the successful management, financial and operational performance at each assigned asset.
