Professional Experience
Matthew joined Stream Realty Partners in April 2022 as a Development Analyst for the Industrial development team. His responsibilities include underwriting, market research, and financial analysis for the Houston and Southeast US markets.
Matthew received his Petroleum Engineering degree from Texas A&M University in 2017. After spending almost three years in West Texas working as an Asset Manager for Desert Royalty Company, Matthew moved back to his hometown of Houston to pursue a career in Commercial Real Estate. Prior to joining Stream, Matthew worked for CBRE Multifamily Capital as an Asset Manager on the Bridge Lending team where he managed the rehabilitation budgets of 40+ properties.
