Professional Experience
Olesia Belkin is a Senior Director of Location Analytics & Intelligence with Stream’s National Marketing team. In this role, Olesia leads the firm’s enterprise approach to location intelligence, geospatial analytics, and data-driven insights across all service lines and markets. Her focus includes overseeing the Location Analytics & Intelligence function, guiding the design of enterprise GIS systems and advanced analytics, developing scalable data products, and embedding data-driven insights into business development, client advisory, and firm-wide growth strategies.
Prior to this role, Olesia served as Senior GIS Solutions Architect, where she managed data from a variety of sources and developed maps, applications, and dashboards that highlighted spatial patterns, trends, and predictive insights for clients and brokers. She previously served as a GIS Analyst in Stream’s Southern California office and was a member of the National Marketing team from 2019 to 2021.
Before joining Stream, Olesia held roles with the Maryland Transportation Authority, Streetsense, and the City of Anaheim. Her geospatial research was published in ESRI Map Book Volume 29 (2014), where she evaluated changes of the Antarctica’s Abbot Ice Shelf in 2002 vs 2012.
