Professional Experience
Rachel Canella serves as Vice President in the firm’s industrial division in Denver. In her role, she represents buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords of industrial space throughout the Denver area.
Rachel was previously with NAI Shames Makovsky and worked with Paul Kahn to support notable clients, such as Industrial Outdoor Ventures, Connexion Asset Group, JM Pacific, Hajoca, Asphalt Specialties, BrandSafway, National Trench Safety, Steelcase, Standard Fence, City of Denver and Sturgeon Electric. Prior to NAI, Rachel began her commercial real estate career with RISE Commercial Property Services (formerly Inverness Properties) in southeast Denver.
