I currently co-lead our Dallas Industrial group as Managing Director and am a partner in the DFW office. I joined Stream in April 2006 after graduate school at Texas A&M University. Over the last 8½ years I have had the privilege of being a part of our company and have watched our Industrial group grow to the largest 3rd party provider in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market; watched friends move to open new offices as Stream has expanded to new markets; watched people who we have hired grow into successful, industry leading professionals; and, watched Stream assemble a best-in-class team across the country.

Prior to joining Stream, I attended Texas A&M University where I received both a Bachelors and Masters of Science and where I was a three year letterman playing football for the Aggies. When I joined Stream, I started in the Industrial group which was made up of about 6 people and was just started by Chris Jackson 18 months prior to me joining. Since then, it has been exciting serving a key role in growing our business. Every day I find myself working with great people who have become great personal friends of mine and who continue to push me to achieve bigger and better accomplishments.
When I’m not at work, I spend my free time with my growing family. My wife Jayme and I have been married for 7 years and have 3 wonderful boys, Carter (4), Cooper (2), and Reid who was born in September 2014. We reside in Southlake, TX. Our house is full of footballs, baseballs, transformers, Ninja Turtles, etc. and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We are big college football fans and spend the majority of Saturdays in the fall either at Aggie games or watching games at home with the family. Away from home, our family enjoys water sports on the lake or going to our ranch in Hamilton, TX.
Why I love it here…
I love working at Stream because (a) I love the people I work with; (b) I love the competition and drive that all of the Partners have; and, (c) I have the freedom to make decisions that help us grow our business.
I love my job because every day is different and presents new challenges. If you don’t work hard and smart, your income takes a hit. I like that, it keeps me motivated day in and day out. I also enjoy our business because it is relationship-driven and I have been fortunate to create some strong relationships with the wonderful people and great companies that we do business with. Many of those relationships have turned into close personal friendships and it is always more fun doing business with friends.
