CanTex Capital selects Stream to lease 2929 N Stemmons Freeway and 2929 Irving Boulevard

DALLAS (March 12, 2020)CanTex Capital, a Dallas based real estate investment and development firm, and  Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a full-service national real estate investment, development, and services company, are pleased to announce the acquisition of 2929 N Stemmons Freeway and 2929 Irving Boulevard.

Located in the heart of the Stemmons Corridor, one of the most in-demand locations in Dallas, these dual-purpose buildings total over 92,000-square-feet across two contiguous lots of land. The buildings are strategically positioned two miles from Love Field Airport and less than a mile from U.T. Southwestern, Dallas’ greater Medical District and Design District.

CanTex Capital acquired the properties with the intention to significantly improve the buildings in an effort to capitalize on the area’s rapidly growing market; these properties are sure to drive high demand between those looking for a location to serve as a warehouse, flex area, showroom or medical space. The buildings will be branded as “Stemmons Design Center”, renovated and then re-tenanted.  These acquisitions expand on CanTex’s recent investments in the area.
